CHRIS LEVASSEUR

Born and raised in Southern NH, I have spent my whole life surrounded by beautiful things. I learned to enjoy these sights I take for granted, and for 7 years I have been sharing it with other people through photography.

FAQs

What equipment do you shoot with?

My current camera is a Nikon D7500 DSLR, though quite a few of my published photos were taken on my former D3400. My primary lens is a Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 Art, and for telephoto I prefer the Nikkor 70-300mm VR.

When did you begin taking photos with a DSLR?

Middle school yearbook club. My art teacher at the time had an older Canon Rebel camera which I enjoyed using after school, and after showing my mom the photos I took, she was generous in buying me a D3400 for Christmas.

What are your favorite things to take photos of?

I was born in the blood and culture of a car guy. Going to car shows and capturing these gorgeous machines at different angles is exactly what inspired me to pursue photography professionally. Shooting portraits is another favorite, but at the end of the day a car won’t care about how it looks.
